3. Our Products
We sell a range of resale products including, but not limited to, non-alcoholic beverages and clothing. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display products and their descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Colours may vary depending on your monitor or device.
Resale Nature: As a resale business, some items may be closeouts, overstock, short-dated, or end-of-line. Any such conditions will be clearly stated on the product page.
4. Orders
Placing an Order: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation.
Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment: We accept debit card/credit card. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
5. Delivery
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Risk and Title: Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with us until full payment is received.
Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or failure to collect, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Consumer Right to Cancel (UK Consumers): If you are a consumer (not a business), you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us in writing (email is acceptable) within the 14-day period and return the goods to us unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
Refunds: We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage costs.
Perishable Goods (Drinks): Due to the nature of some beverage products, returns may not be accepted if the product has been opened, consumed, or is past its best-before date through no fault of ours. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Clothing Returns: Clothing must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging where possible.
7. Product Safety and Compliance
Food and Drink: All beverage products comply with UK food safety regulations, including appropriate labelling of ingredients, allergens, and best-before dates. We do not sell alcohol.
Clothing: All textile products comply with UK safety and labelling requirements, including fibre content and care instructions.
Short-Dated Products: Where applicable, best-before or use-by dates will be clearly stated. It is your responsibility to check this information before purchase.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant products.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
